Acknowledgement

Chez Beauvardia acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as Traditional Owners and Custodians of this country and recognise their connection to land, wind, water and community. We pay our respect to them, their cultures and to the Elders both past and present.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please note there is no refunds for missed classes. Please notify 24 hours prior to class if your child is unwell and when possible we will arrange an art pack for you to pick up so your child can do the activity at home or if you have a friend wanting to take your spot we can change the name on the booking.

Punctuality

Parents please ensure you drop children no earlier than 10min prior to class starting and ensure you collect them promptly at the end of the class.

Health & Safety

If your child is unwell, please keep them home. When possible we’ll arrange an art pack for you to pick up so your child can do the activity at home or if you have a friend wanting to take your spot we can change the name on the booking.

Please pack a drink bottle for your child.

We encourage children to have a snack before coming to the studio so that they can make the most of their creative time in the studio. 

Please notify me of any allergy, medical condition or disability that may affect their participation in class.

Parents are also requested to provide emergency contact details and must be contactable during class times in the event of an emergency. 

We provide aprons however we suggest children wear clothes that can get messy.
